We had a lovely family holiday in Dubai Marina Bay Area Appartment was convieniently situated and spacious but we will Positive: Appartement as described, good communication. Negative: Could not use the outdoor space (balconies) since the 100db constant noise of the nearby Grosvenor hotel ventilation. Hard to remedy we understand but not acceptable in this price range. Pool area not accessible by wheelchair at all. Appartment is getting older. Sofa is due for replacement and mattresses too.
