Positive: The location of the house is excellent. Alao the pool is great with a beautiful view Negative: Once we arrived with high expectations for the villa, given the $17,500 we paid for our stay. Unfortunately, we have encountered several significant issues that do not align with the luxurious experience we were promised. First, the amenities / towels provided were extremely limited. When I requested additional towels, shampoo, and toilet paper, your representative informed me that each extra towel costs 35 AED and that all additional supplies come at an extra charge. Only after seeing my shock did he offer to provide them as a "personal favor." The maintenance of the villa is not up to standard: The water pressure in the faucets is very weak. The water initially came out black, indicating a lack of regular use or maintenance. Hot water is only available after turning on the boiler for at least 30 minutes. The bathrooms and showers were not sufficiently clean, and we found both dead and live insects in one of the bathrooms. There are no window screens, and the house is full of mosquitoes. The outdoor dining table shown in the pictures is missing. The neighboring villa is currently undergoing renovations, with approximately 15 to 20 workers present daily. Construction activities, including on Saturdays, have resulted in significant noise disturbances
